Terms of business - Booking Policy

Consultations

 ● Initial consultations are free of charge. This is where you tell me what you want, the style, size, colour and placement, please give me as much detail and information as possible to help with your design.

● The more information you give me, the more accurate a time / price quote i can give you.

● I will then give you a booking link and take a non-refundable deposit.

● The day of our session, I will show you the finished design and there is room for small changes to the design.

● If your changes are too much then you may have to rebook at additional cost and deposit.

● If your placement changes affect the size or time then you my have to rebook at additional cost and deposit.

Deposits

● Deposits are non-refundable.

● Deposits are taken off the total amount.

● Deposits are taken by cash, bank transfer or booking through the website.

● First Hourly rate is taken as a deposit, currently £50.00 per hour.

● Appointments that take 3+ hours require a 50% deposit.

Tap out and early finishes

● You are required to pay the full amount even if you tap out.

● Remaining work will be rescheduled, around 6 weeks after to allow time to heal, a new deposit is required and

work will be charged per hour.

No shows/lateness/cancellations

No shows

● I will refuse to tattoo anyone who has been a no show.

● Deposits are not refundable where you have not shown up.

Lateness

● If you are late to your session this may result in me having to cancel your session and having to rebook another, as I will not rush through your tattoo and it may disrupt others scheduled sessions. (However if I do not have another booking after you then I am prepared to continue at the Hourly rate.)

● If you are late and have not contacted me to let me know you are going to be late then your appointment will be canceled 15 minutes after the start of your session time and you forfeit your deposit.

Cancellation

● With sufficient notice deposits can be transferred to a new date only one time only, any more rescheduling will require a new deposit.

● Reschedules must be booked within 3 weeks or new deposit with some exceptions at my discretion.
